Our Response to Question 2 of the supplementary consultation

DMR Collation’s has responded today to Question 2 of Department of Health and Social Care Consultation “Fixed recoverable costs in lower damages clinical negligence claims – a supplementary consultation on disbursements” which has been reopened today for additional submissions until 22 December 2023 due to an error in the original online survey.
