Personal Injury Awards
Over the years our services have regularly been recognised at the Personal Injury Awards and most recently we have been shortlisted for Supporting the Industry Award. The PI Awards aim to identify high standards of practice and to inspire others to emulate the achievements demonstrated by those who are finalists. They recognise our ability to identify and meet industry needs, add value to clients’ operations and to provide efficient and good value work alongside highest levels of client care. We have consistently been able to demonstrate that we go the extra mile for clients and have an excellent reputation across the industry.
UK Customer Service Excellence Awards
Our innovative digital booklet service gained us a shortlisting for “Best Customer Service Product – Business” in the 2020 UK Customer Service Excellence Awards. Our digital booklets have proven to be a massive success with our customers because they have positively impacted on how our customers store and share collated records and have increased our customers’ own business efficiency. Our digital booklets are an amalgamation of the prepared index, chronology, scanned records and any prepared schedules (such as a schedule of radiology). Our booklets are fully navigational and searchable with personalised bookmarks and hyperlinks. The Digital Booklet enables our customers to access the correct records page easily at the touch of a button and saves them, and their medical experts, considerable time and labour. Being digital the records are easy to access, navigate, transfer and print. In addition to this the booklet is easy and cost-effective to distribute.
Modern Law Awards
DMR Collation was Highly Commended in the Supporting the Industry category at the Modern Law Awards 2017/2018 and have been shortlisted again this year in the category of Supporting the industry at the 2019 awards. These awards are in recognition of the professional and innovative service we provide to clients and our ability to identify and meet the requirements of the legal industry. We have been able to demonstrate time and time again that our clients’ organisations run more smoothly because of the services we offer and this was an important factor in the decision-making process.
Legal Week Innovation Awards
DMR Collation was a finalist in two categories in the Legal Week Awards 2018; Supplier Innovation – Services and Supplier Innovation – Technology. The awards aim to acknowledge companies that are “innovating in the legal sector and are working on precedent-setting, game-changing projects and initiatives”. It was a huge honour for DMR Collation to be the only medical record collation company shortlisted and there is little doubt that innovative technology, such as the introduction of our Digital Booklet Service, helped secure these nominations.
Legal and Cyber Security Awards
The Practice Efficiency Award is one of the most sought-after accolades of Legalex 2018. This award is given out to “the supplier that offers the best product or service that can streamline law firms, helping them reduce costs and time.” DMR Collation’s processes and methods, from scanning and collating to compiling chronologies, are designed to be time and cost-saving to our clients while the finished product is quality checked, organised and analysed meticulously, all something that was recognised by the judges at Legal & Cyber Security. In addition to this, our digital booklet was recognised as being highly innovative and groundbreaking within the industry.
