đź“‹Â What’s Changing
We have made two key amendments to improve clarity and reflect our current business practices:
- Updated payment terms and conditions in the event a client regularly defaults on agreed payment dates.
- Introduced the use of UK based AI collation tools to help streamline our collation practices and reduce turn around times.
đź“„Â Reviewing the Changes

The changes are:
- Clauses 5.4(c) & 5.8 the right to ask clients for payment in advance of work in the event our standard 30-day payments are regularly breached or, if the case involves payment from multiple parties.
- Clause 7.5 – The use of UK based AI systems as a first stage in collation work in conjunction with human collation finalisation. Please note that any AI systems used for processing will not retain any privileged patient data and will have ISO 27001 accreditation in terms of data protection & security measures. AI systems will not be used for any analysis work.
Please note that continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
