We have made one key amendment at Clause 7.5(b) to improve clarity and reflect our current business practices:
We have introduced the option, when appropriate, to use UK-based closed system AI analysis tools to help streamline our chronology/analysis work. It is anticipated that these tools will be used alongside human analysis in circumstances mainly where we are asked to prepare a chronology from an unsorted bundle of records, particularly in family law matters. Adoption of such tools will reduce turnaround times and fee estimates.
