The future of Radiology Hosting and Shared Workspace has arrived

We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you!

We have been diligently working to identify a shared workspace solution that will enable our clients and their medicolegal experts to effortlessly access related case radiology online in addition to our compiled medical records and chronologies.

We are delighted to confirm that we now have our very own workspace in place which allows us to share our completed work back to clients with ease, and the best thing is, that it has its own built in radiology viewer, meaning problems with sharing, coping and viewing radiology, will now be a thing of the past.

This easy to use workspace allows us to securely store medical records, indexes, radiology and our chronologies for seamless collaboration with our clients and, if required, also their expert witnesses.

Our platform is completely secure with industry-leading security and GDPR compliance, with data being held on severs housed in UK-based, ultra-secure data centres. It has a sophisticated built in PACS viewer which simplifies processing and reporting on all imaging modalities. It even has a Document Exchange feature which enables us to securely send and receive case related documents such as our client’s initial instructions/uncollated records. This feature has an unlimited data restriction meaning any problems uploading and sharing large file sizes are eliminated .

And finally, the system has unlimited storage capacity and unlimited case time, so even on those matters with large amounts of medical records, our clients won’t have to worry about running out of storage space or the data being destroyed before the case has been concluded.

We are confident that this new workspace will revolutionise the way our clients interact with our services, enhancing efficiency and collaboration like never before. Our commitment to providing our clients with exceptional service remains unwavering, and we are excited to support them further with this cutting-edge technology.

As always, feel free to reach out to our support team if you have any questions or need assistance.

Here’s to a future of seamless and effective collaboration!
